Pre-conference workshop
A half-day pre-conference workshop on “Challenges in Mercury Waste Treatment/Disposal” will be held on Sep. 20, 2016. Various aspects related to the topic of this workshop-technology, environment, management, and economics-will be addressed and presented by experts in those fields, including case studies from Asian countries, Europe, and the USA.

The welcome reception (Buffet style dinner party) will be held in the atrium of 1st floor EAST Area Bldg. #1, Kyoto Research Park (KRP) in the evening on 21 September for all participants in the 9th i-CIPEC.

Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be held at the Kyoto Royal Hotel & Spa in the evening on 22 September for all participants in the 9th i-CIPEC.
Exhibition
The Organizing Committee extends an invitation to all exhibitors interested in showcasing their products during Sep. 21st-22nd, 2016. Every effort will be made to ensure that participation at the Exhibition is fulfilling and productive for attendees and exhibitors.

Technical tour
Technical tours, A and B courses, will be held on 23 Sep, 2016. We select representative sites related with thermal and recycling processes around Kyoto city. Charter bus will depart from the conference venue (Kyoto Research Park) at 13:00.
