Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

Presenters will have 20 min. total presentation time (15 min. presentation and 5 min, discussion). In order to synchronize the parallel sessions, session chairs have been instructed to be strict about compliance with these times.

The official format of presentation is by projector using Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 or Adobe Acrobat Reader DC formats. A laptop computer (OS: Windows 10) connected to a projector and laser pointer will be supplied in each session room.

Presenters should control the supplied computer by themselves. Due to time restrictions, participants may not connect their own computers to the projector, however, only for those who plan to use OS-Macintosh computer, there will be no OS-Macintosh computers, and you need to bring your own laptop computers.

All presentation data in Power Point format should be pre-checked at each session room or the reception desk at least 2 hours before the session starts. Computers will be available for speakers to check their presentation.

The organizers can not guarantee a successful presentation of non-tested files, and your data needs to be saved by using general English font, otherwise your data might not be shown clearly at our conferences. Presenters after completing their data pre-check, please transfer your data to PC desk operator who will be at each session room at least 2 hours before your presentation.
